Julie Benz was surprised with a proposal from boyfriend Rich Orosco on Saturday.Julie Benz is taking another trip down the aisle!
The former star of the popular TV drama series "Dexter" is engaged to marketing executive Rich Orosco, her rep told People.
Benz told the mag that the proposal from her boyfriend of four years was "absolutely perfect."
Orosco, 38, surprised the actress, 39, with a custom Kwiat cushion-cut diamond and platinum ring, with a diamond frame and milgrain edge band, at their home in Los Angeles.
"The proposal was simple and beautiful," she told People.
But, Benz wasn't just surprised with an engagement.
"I was shocked by the pop-up surprise Mexican fiesta engagement party," she added. "What girl doesn't want to be serenaded by a Mariachi band surround by close friends and family?"
Benz, who was previously married to actor John Kassir, will next be seen guest-starring on the hit TV show "Royal Pains."
