Paris Hilton?s boyfriend, Cy Waits, was attacked by a nutjob outside of the court building yesterday.
Socialite Paris Hilton was headed to testify against a man named Nathan Parada, who broke into her property in August 2010, wielding a knife.
A man suddenly punched at the back of Cy?s head and tried to grab his neck.
The psycho was later identified as James Rainford, who has also been arrested for trespassing on Paris? property in October 2010.� Crazy huh?
Rainford was grabbed by Paris and Cy?s security team outside the courthouse.
Paris, 30, tweeted about the incident, writing,� ?On my way to the court house to testify against the intruder. I?m very nervous to see him face to face again. 
?Omg @KathyHilton! That other psycho intruder just punched Cy in the back of the head as we were walking into the court house. So scary! (sic)?
Paris rep later stated, ?After the attack, they realized he is the same intruder that showed up to her home on a bicycle a few months ago. They are both a bit shaken up but thankful security acted quickly.?
James was arrested and told police he only wanted an autograph and to ask Paris? father, Rick, for permission to marry his daughter.� WTH?
