Cheryl Cole has been axed from the guest list for Prince William and Kate Middleton's exclusive A-List dinner party when they visit LA next month.

The former judge's invite was pulled after she was dumped from Simon Cowell's US X Factor in May.

'The whole of Hollywood wants an invite to this dinner. But without X Factor there in no reason for her to go,' a source tells the News Of The World.

'It would have been the event where she shone with all America looking.'�

Cheryl, who was due to be seated on a table hosted by Fox broadcasting chairman Peter Rice, is expected to be replaced by chef Gordon Ramsay.

Wills, 28, and Kate, 29, fly to Canada at the end of June and will then embark on a whirlwind 3-day trip to California.�

'Their Royal Highnesses The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge will visit eight cities during their tour of Canada, from June 30 to July 8, 2011,' Clarence House confirms.�

'This
will be the third time His Royal Highness has visited Canada. His
previous visits were in 1991 and 1998.

'This will be the first visit to
Canada for Her Royal Highness.'�
