Shriver tweets thanks for post-split support

In a short, but no doubt heartfelt tweet to fans, newly separated Maria Shriver gives thanks for the outpouring of support she's received this week.

"Thank you for all the kindness, support and compassion. I am humbled by the love. Thank you," she wrote this afternoon.

The tweet marks the first time Shriver has spoken about from her husband of 25 years Arnold Schwarzenegger. The couple announced their intention to separate late Monday.
