Jordin Sparks is back with a new single, an empowering single titled "I Am Woman" that the star will perform this week on the American Idol results show. Says the former champion of the song's title:
"I just turned 21, I'm breaking out and the world is my canvas! The song is for me and all the young women who are discovering who they are and are proud of it!"�

Sparks is set to join the New Kids On the Block and the Backstreet Boys as a guest on the groups' NKOTBSB tour stop in Rosemont, Illinois on May 25.
