Kerry Katona split from Mark Croft last year
Kerry Katona has been given sole custody of her two children with Mark Croft.
Max, 2, and Heidi, 4, will live full-time with the reality star at her home in Surrey.
Mark will still get to see the kids regularly.
'Kerry Katona and Mark Croft are delighted to announce that they have reached a comprehensive agreement in relation to the arrangements for their children,' reads a statement.
'The children will continue to make their main home with their mother and the parents have agreed arrangements for the children to spend regular time with their father.
'They will both continue to be involved in making major decisions for the children.'
Kerry, 30, is also mum to Mollie, 9, and Lilly-Sue, 8, with ex-husband Brian McFadden, 31.
