Bristol babe Josie Gibson had the serious munchies when she split from John James Parton.

The Aussie hunk went back to Australia after a serious of rows with the Big Brother 11 winner, who found solace by filling her stomach.

'When John walked out I was left in a flat on my own, my only friend was my fridge!' says Josie, 26.

'I have binged on food and booze all my life. Cake and wine is a good painkiller.

'When I hit rock bottom I do turn to booze, although it only masks the pain and you end up feeling worse.'

Josie is now off alcohol and has a personal trainer to help her get back in shape.

'One glass of wine takes 40 minutes on the treadmill to burn off, you know,' she explains.

'I'm not interested in dieting but I am working on toning up my body.'

Between shooting movies, doing guest-spots on 'Glee' and writing a cookbook, it's no surprise the multi-tasking Gwyneth Paltrow gets a little stressed sometimes. In her latest GOOP newsletter, the Academy Award-winning actress reveals how she manages stress.

"I have never been very good at handling stress (though a bit of meditation helps), and I wanted some very practical ways of reducing it that I could use during the course of my day," Paltrow wrote.

The 38-year-old actress continued: "I got some good answers that don't require a 90 minute yoga class, or flying to a hippie style silent retreat (I've actually done one-don't ask), just simple things that we all have access to. Here they are!" Paltrow then shared advice from Dr. Oz Garcia, Oliver Bros and Monica Berg.

Paltrow's been a busy lady lately--she's popped up twice on the 'Glee' tour, was named the new face of Coach and just released a new cookbook.

The chorus of James Franco's new musical collaboration (!) must resonate for the 33-year-old actor, whose media domination comes immediately to mind with the repeated line, "I'll keep on rising."

The song, "Rising," created in collaboration with performance artist and R&B crooner Kalup Linzy and veteran DJ/producer DJ /rupture, is the first in a series for the new duo, Kalup & Franco. The extent of Franco's contributions to the track is still unclear, and the actor appears briefly as a ghostly, floating head in the video, which is dominated by Linzy's suggestive green-screen mugging.

And it all feels somehow appropriate. The actor has spent the last couple of years floating around through the news like a disembodied head, becoming a PhD candidate, General Hospital star, performance artist and Oscars host.

Hovering over each new career move is our collective memory of the old James Franco, the actor most of us would never have pegged as such a versatile performer five years ago, and the shock that each new eccentricity seems to bring him a new triumph. Will his burgeoning music career take off? Probably not. But does that mean it's not still a triumph? Of course not.

Situated north of the border, Katy Perry celebrated the launch of her debut fragrance "Purr" in Toronto on Thursday (June 30).

Rocking her newly reddened coif, the "Firework" singer was in cheerful spirits as she greeted and signed autographs for her many mans at the Sears in Eaton Centre.

Miss Perry, 28, made sure to update her millions of followers on her doings, as she tweeted prior to the event, "On my way to launch PURR in TORONTO! FINALLY CA has PURR avail to them! P.s. If u see a ginger haired girl that looks like me, it's me! #yay"

Denise Richards has adopted a little girl and named her Eloise Joni in memory of her late mum Joni Richards.

Little Eloise is sister to Sam, 7, and Lola, 5 - Denise's daughters by ex husband Charlie Sheen.

'Denise and Eloise's big sisters couldn't be happier and feel incredibly blessed,' Denise's rep confirms to Hollyscoop.

The model and actress is a single mum but will be getting a lot of help from her dad, who lives with her and the girls in their California home.

'Thank you all for your sweet messages. The girls and I are over the moon and so is my dad Grandpa Irv...xo,' Denise, 40, Tweeted yesterday.

Jon Cryer is moving into fancy schmancy new digs in a ritzy area of L.A., but he's not above schlepping his stuff from the old house to the new.

Even though the new house clearly isn't finished, Jon and wife Lisa can wait no longer.� The home is 7,000 square feet and was extensively renovated over the last year.�

Jon -- who we're told is raking in $20 million over the next 2 years on "Two and a Half Men" -- clearly had Charlie on his mind as he carried a chair, wearing a t-shirt with the letters, "BLITZED."
